The serum 25(OH)D level-risk of hypertension relation does not appear to have been worked out.  

However, based on studies of other diseases such as breast and colorectal cancer and cardiovascular disease, it appears that keeping serum 25(OH)D levels above 40 ng/mL provides significant reduced risk compared to 20 ng/mL.
